Education, Sampling & Sales Booths
These booths frame some of California’s most outstanding commodities and spotlights a variety of produce, products, and beverages made in California, with education, sampling, and sales.
Live Food & Cooking Demonstrations
Share your enthusiasm and knowledge for all things food and cooking by becoming a Demonstrator at the California State Fair!
Promote your restaurant, food truck, cookbook, cultural cuisine, web blog, healthy lifestyle message, or personal passion.
In-Person Tasting Classes
The educated consumer is a powerful tool to increase sales of high-quality California products. Industry Professionals are invited to lead tasting and experience classes for fair guests on topics such as California olive oil, wine, beer, cider, cheese and more!

Teams of two US Postal Service employees will use mystery ingredients to prepare a 3-course, home-style meal in front of a live fair audience and a panel of qualified judges.

Aspiring Junior Chefs and their Grown-Up Sous Chefs are invited to participate in a live cooking challenge that spotlights the creative culinary talent of California’s youth. Junior Chefs plan then prepare their dishes onstage in front of a live fair audience and a panel of qualified Judges, including the youth designer of the round theme!

Prove your culinary cognition with a morning of California Culinary Trivia. Teams of up to four produce fabulous food experts will compete for ribbons in this pub-style trivia event, MC-ed by Your Produce Man, Michael Marks.
