Media Credential Application

Thank you for your interest in covering the 2026 California State Fair. Applications for media credentials are now being accepted!

Each individual planning to use the Media Credential must fill out the Megan’s Law form and provide the proper form of ID.

To apply for media credentials, please follow the following instructions:

Follow the prompts to fill out the Megan’s Law form below
Include the name of your organization in the box – Product/Service Provided* (Example: Photoghapher – CALEXPO TV)
Upload a copy of a valid government issued ID (i.e., driver’s license or passport)
Once completed, send an email confirming the submission to: media@calexpo.com

Credentials must be picked up no later than Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Reminder: Credentials are assigned to a media organization and can only be shared with approved members of your organization. When requesting a specific number of media credentials please refer to the guide below:

Television – maximum of 12
Radio – maximum of 8
Print – maximum of 4
Photography – maximum of 2
Online – maximum of 2
