The California Cannabis Awards at the CA State Fair celebrate our cultivators, manufacturers, and brands and represent another step toward normalization and a new conversation about cannabis.
With an expanded list of Award Categories, the competition is open to all licensed California cannabis cultivators and manufacturers, showcasing the diversity of our farms and communities and the industry’s innovative spirit.
New in 2026 is the “Home Grow – Personal Use” Flower Competition, where hobby growers from across the State can enter their indoor, mixed light, or sungrown harvest for recognition, medals, and the coveted Golden Bear trophy for “Best in California.”
The Awards are accompanied by the 50,000 s/f CA Cannabis Experience at the CA State Fair, which serves as a platform for consumer education and highlights the cannabis industry’s vital role in the California economy.
